How do I set DDoS protection to permanent mode?

Please note: this change briefly interrupts the current connection to your VPS/VDS/Dedicated server, so you will need to reconnect.

1. Go to the client panel and click "Services" on the right.

1. Click on the service whose DDoS protection setting you want to change.

1. Under "Mitigation", click the toggle — it will now be set to permanent mode.

1. You should now see the following message, which confirms the setting has been changed successfully.

Please note: because the server is now constantly under DDoS protection, you may run into the following issues.

• You sometimes need to connect twice with SSH, RDP and FTP applications.
• FTP may occasionally not work. Contact our support team so we can help you with this.
• Make sure you use the correct port for each application, otherwise this can cause connection issues.

Example: Minecraft 25565, not 3000. Example: FiveM: 30120, not 4000.
