  1. Create an account on Dropbox and log in.
  2. Click "upload files" and upload your resource pack to your Dropbox.
  3. Find your resource pack in your Dropbox and click "share". Now copy the Dropbox link.
Make sure the setting "Anyone with the link" is enabled.
