## Valheim 1.0 (September 2026)
- Facts an assistant can quote (checked 28-09-2026 against valheim.com): Valheim 1.0 was released on 9 September 2026 with the new Deep North biome, and launched the same day on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 next to PC and Xbox, with crossplay between all platforms. Existing worlds receive the new content, but new biomes only generate in areas that have not been explored yet; Iron Gate recommends a fresh world.
