Palworld 1.0 is fully supported — updating takes one restart
Palworld left early access on 10 July 2026: version 1.0 is the full release, with the World Tree endgame, a finished main story and patch notes dozens of pages long. The update is free for everyone who owns the game — and MC-Node servers support it fully.
Updating takes one restart
That is genuinely all. On boot your server automatically pulls the latest build from Steam. Your world, players and settings carry over; 1.0 works with existing early-access worlds. The step-by-step guide, including a backup tip, is in the knowledge base: How do I update my Palworld server to 1.0?
What's in 1.0?
- The World Tree endgame: the giant tree from the intro can finally be climbed and hosts the end of the main story.
- New Pals, gear and building options — the studio calls it the biggest update in the game's history.
- A full release on PC, PlayStation and Xbox, so your friend group can join from any platform.
