How do I start a BeamMP server at MC-Node?

BeamMP is the multiplayer mod for BeamNG.drive, the driving simulator that set an all-time record in July 2026 with 47,238 concurrent players at peak. With your own BeamMP server you can crash together with friends on your own maps and with your own mods. Notably, large hosts such as Nitrado and G-Portal do not offer BeamMP — at MC-Node you can, from €3.00 per month.

Step 1: Order your server

1. Go to mc-node.net/store/beammp.
2. Choose a plan (2 to 20 GB RAM) and a server location: the Netherlands, Germany, Poland or North America. Pick the location closest to you and your fellow players for the lowest ping.
3. Complete the order. All plans can be cancelled monthly, so you're not tied to anything.
4. Your server is installed automatically and is online within 1 minute.

Which plan do I need?

The BeamMP server mod is open source and very lightweight. For a server with a small group of friends, the entry-level plan with 2 GB RAM is therefore often already enough. If you want to play with a larger group or run lots of mods and custom maps, choose a larger plan — you can order up to 20 GB RAM. All servers run on NVMe storage and come with DDoS protection.

Step 2: First start via the panel

1. Log in to the game panel via panel.mc-node.net with the login details from your welcome email.
2. Open your BeamMP server in the overview.
3. Click Start. On the Console tab you can watch the server boot up.
4. Once the console reports that the server is running, it is reachable for players.

Step 3: Connecting to your server

1. Start BeamNG.drive and open the BeamMP multiplayer menu.
2. Look up your server in the server list, or connect directly via your server's IP address and port. You can find these details in the panel at panel.mc-node.net.
3. Click Connect and drive together with your friends.
