Why is my server not showing in the server list?

In this knowledge base article we explain why your FiveM server may not be showing in the server list. It can be caused by several things, listed below.

1. You have not set a server name. Do that here. Already done this? Then also check the items below.

To set a server name you need to set a name in your server.cfg. Put the following lines in your server.cfg; you can simply adjust them.

sets sv_projectDesc "My FiveM Server Description"``` # 2. You are using a license key that is used by multiple servers.
Check that your FiveM license is not being used by another server. This will cause your server to no longer appear in the FiveM server list.
If you bought a key from a reseller, there is a good chance they are scamming you and selling the same license to multiple servers. # 3. Something was removed from the server.cfg
In your server.cfg there is a variable #sv_master1 "" . Some customers accidentally remove this variable. DO NOT DO THIS. If you remove the #, your server will not be included in the list. How it should look:
